Donation Terms & Conditions

By making a donation to Karnataka State Nadaf / Pinjar Sangha (R), you agree to the following terms:
1. Voluntary Contribution
All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions made by individuals or organizations to support community development activities.
2. Payment Processing
All online donations are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. We do not store your debit/credit card or banking details on our servers.
3. Refund Policy
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except:
- * Donations once made are non-refundable.
- * Refund requests, if any, must be made within 7 days of transaction.
- * Refund approval is subject to verification and management discretion.
- * Processing charges deducted by Razorpay will not be refunded.
4. Use of Funds
Donations will be utilized for:
- * Educational programs.
- * Welfare initiatives.
- * Community development activities.
- * Administrative expenses (if applicable).
5. Transaction Failure
In case of transaction failure but amount debited:
- * Please contact your bank first.
- * If amount is not auto-reversed within 7 working days, contact us with transaction ID.
6. Receipt
A confirmation email / receipt will be sent upon successful payment.
